On the new scheduling page, you can set up a multi-day, grouped time schedule, in just a few clicks, supporting all schedule types, including
1. Spot-based schedule
✔️Note: You can create multiple spots for the same time (e.g., 3 spots at 10am)
Go to Admin > Schedule
Click on 'Manage Schedule'
Click on 'Who & What' and uncheck both schedule setting options
Click on 'Add new time spots' to create a new schedule
To create a grouped schedule (for example, 9am-4pm every hour from Tue to Fri)
To create a single spot (for example, Sat @ 9am)
Start time 9am, end time 9am (or leave blank)
2. Duration-based schedule
✔️Note: You can create multiple overlapping spots (e.g., 3 spots at 10am-noon)
Go to Admin > Schedule
Click on 'Manage Schedule'
Click on 'Who & What' and check 'Enable end time'
Click on 'Add new time spots' to create a new schedule
To create a grouped schedule (for example, 9am-4pm every hour from Tue to Fri, appointment duration is 45min)
To create a single spot (for example, Sat @ 9am)
3. Stack-based schedule (remove overlapped spots)
Note: You can update appointment duration and buffer time(optional) at booking, and overlapped vacant schedule is removed
Go to Admin > Schedule
Click on 'Manage Schedule'
Click on 'Who & What' and check both 'Enable end time' and 'Remove overlapped vacancies'
Click on 'Add new time spots' to create a new schedule
To create a grouped schedule (for example, 9am-4pm every hour from Tue to Fri)
To create a single spot (for example, Sat @ 9am)
You will find the duration setting at the booking, and overlapped empty schedule will be removed.
Other features:
- Set accepted pet sizes for a timeslot (for grooming)
- Set associated services (for grooming)
- Set accepted service categories (for dog walking)
