There are 4 types of account logins:
- Admin logins
- Non-admin logins
- Appointment staff logins (e.g., groomers, swimmers, trainers)
- Set up clock in and clock out passwords (Read how-to article here)
Admin logins
You can set up multiple admin logins. They will have full access to PawsAdmin, such as reports and configurations.
Non-admin logins
Non-admin login is great for the front desk team members. You can even restrict the usage to within your wifi network IP.
Non-admin accounts have access to everything except the admin menu.
Clock in and clock out accounts
Your team members can set up their clock in and clock out usernames and passwords. Read how-to article here.
Appointment team member logins (e.g., groomers, swimmers, trainers, team, or a particular service)
Note: You do not need to set up an individual account for daycare or boarding team members.
The appointment accounts show a calendar view of the individual's calendar, so they can understand their workload, check-in pets, update prices, leave notes, and update their schedule.
Step 1: Setup Appointment Staff
Admin > Account and Staff Management > Setup Appointment Staff
Step 2: Setup Appointment Staff Account Login
Admin > Account and Staff Management > Setup Appointment Staff Accounts
Once set, your appointment staff (e.g., groomers, trainers, dog walkers etc.) can log in to the staff account view on the go to check the schedule, leave notes, set price (optional), check-in and out of pets to help the business run smoothly.
You can change your preference in the following areas.
- Read-Only Accounts and Write Accounts. In Read-only accounts, your appointment staff can only view their schedule. In the Write account, they can check-in pets, leave notes, and so on.
- Show or hide customer phone number.
