Keeping your timezone accurate ensures your platform displays the correct times for all your activities. Follow these steps to update your timezone or request a new one.
1. How to Change Your Timezone
To update your timezone:

Navigate to Admin Settings:

Go to Admin (new) > You > Locale

Select Your Timezone:

Choose your timezone from the available list.

Example: Changing to Singapore Timezone
If you want to change to Singapore timezone but do not see it listed:

Choose a nearby timezone (e.g., Australia, which is 3 hours ahead of Singapore).
2. What If My Timezone Is Missing?
If your timezone is not available:

Select a nearby timezone temporarily.

Contact us with your location, and we will add the correct timezone to the list.
