Our marketing/client communications messages are fully configurable in the left side menu > Marketing. Here is how to update your appointment reminder template.

Change message content
- Email title: You can update your email subject in the field below. Do not change ${petName}, which is used to display the scheduled pet name in PawsAdmin.
- Rich email template: This template is used when the customer email supports rich text/HTML email messages. This is the case for most email providers. (If you would like to change the look & feel of the message, see the Advanced section)
ProTip: Use Command-F in Apple products or Ctrl-F in non-Apple (Windows, Chromebook etc.) products to quickly locate the part of the email you'd like to update. (Avoid changing the words containing ${ }, as they display pet name and service that change per email. Click update to view changes. in the preview window below.
- Plain text email template: This template is used for the rare cases where the customer email supports plain text only.
- SMS: This template is used to send SMS message.
Note: Send yourself a test email or text when you are ready. The confirm/reschedule links are not linked to real appointments for test emails and texts.
Advanced - Change styling and more
Update text: You can update any verbiage in the email, from email title to content. Send yourself a test to see what wording you'd like to change.
✨The easiest way to find the words in the template is to press on 'Ctrl' 'F' keys to search
⚠️ Any part of the message that contains ${..} will be automatically populated by database information (e.g., ${petName} will show up as the actual pet's name). So do not change these HTML tags.
