Sending Happy Birthday wishes and new client welcome messages are two amazing and fully automated ways to build client loyalty. It is made easy with PawsAdmin. Simply enable both widgets in Rover Marketing and let it do its magic.
Activate birthday messages
Go to Marketing > Birthday. Click 'Enable' to enable automated Birthday emails. Once enabled, they are sent automatically on a pet's birthday
To send yourself a test email, enter your email address, and click 'Go'
Note: You can fully customize the 'Birthday Wishes' email template. Click on 'Preview Template' to edit. Here is how (advanced).
How to customize your Birthday Wishes email
Update text: You can update any verbiage in the email, from email title to content. Send yourself a test to see what wording you'd like to change.
✨ The easiest way to find the words in the template is to press on 'Ctrl' 'F' keys to search
⚠️ Any part of the message that contains ${..} will be automatically populated by database information (e.g., ${petName} will show up as the actual pet's name). So do not change these HTML tags.
Update background-color: Use Ctrl+F to find 'FROM', and replace the color above with your preferred color.
Update image: Use Ctrl+F to find 'jpg', and replace the image link with your preferred image link.
Update company information: Update company information in marketing
