Sending messages in PawsAdmin is easy! Please follow the steps below.
From Store to Clients
(If you have dashboard beta enabled, click on the left side > communications > chat message. If you do not have beta enabled, click on left side > messages)
On this page, you will find all of the active conversation threads.

Send a message
Click on the '+ compose' icon on the client portal.
Search for a client by entering the name, phone number, pet name, and so on, and it will take you to the conversation. Type your message, and click send.
Your clients will receive an email notification containing the message. They can click on the link to reply the message on the client portal.
Reply to a message
When you receive a new message, you will receive an email notification.
You will also receive a new message alert in PawsAdmin. Click on the notification to reply.
From Clients to Store
Send and reply to a message
Click on the 'Message' icon on the client portal, and it will take you to the chat page.
Type their message, and click send. The store will then receive an email notification and a new message alert in PawsAdmin.
