In addition to automated reminders, you may also wish to send an individual reminder manually from time to time. We have made that easy with the following 2 steps.
1. Go to the daily calendar view
Scroll down to the bottom of the page to find the appointment. If the automated reminders have been sent for that day, you can find the reminder sent status. Otherwise, you can find a 'Message' icon.
2. Click on the message icon
You can find the client's email, phone number (preferred phone number is used for SMS), and preferred communication method. Click send when you are ready!
Note: In the daily calendar page, if you have multiple sub-services set up(e.g., bath and haircut for grooming), switch to the desired service to see corresponding appointment slots.
You can update your client's email, preferred phone number, and reminder preference (i.e. just email or SMS and email) in the client's profile.
