The Instant Edit Check-In Notes feature makes it quick and easy to keep check-in notes updated in real time:
Instantly add or edit notes without leaving the Who’s Here tab
Keep your team aligned with the latest pet updates
Capture important details about behavior, instructions, or reminders on the spot
Step 1: Go to the Who’s Here Tab
From the check-in dashboard, open the Who’s Here tab to see all pets currently checked in.
Step 2: Hover Over the Notes Section
Move your mouse over the notes area for a pet—you’ll see options to Add Note or Edit Note.
Step 3: Add or Edit a Note
If a note already exists, click on it to update.
If no note exists, click Add Note to create a new one.
Step 4: Save Your Changes
A note modal will appear where you can type your updates.
Click Update to save, and your changes will be visible instantly.
