Accessing a Pet's Profile
There are two main ways to reach a pet's profile page:

- Use the instant search bar at the top of any page
- Search by pet name, breed, client name, or phone number
- Click on the desired pet's name in the search results

From various Calendar or Check-in Page
- Locate the pet's name (it will be highlighted)
- Click on the pet's name to go directly to their profile
Viewing Future Appointments
Once you're on the pet's profile page:
- Scroll down to the "Future Appointments" section
- Here you'll find a list of all upcoming appointments, including:
- Grooming sessions
- Boarding stays
- Training classes
- Hydrotherapy and dog walks
- And any other scheduled services
Managing Appointments
Need to make changes? No problem!
- To reschedule: Click on the appointment date
- To cancel: Click the "Remove" button (use with caution!)
- Click on the blue circle to view more options
