Step 1: Track Late and No-Shows from the Check-In Page

Go to the Check-In Page
Start by navigating to the check-in page within your system. -
View Today's Bookings
Once on the check-in page, click on the service tab to view all of today’s bookings. -
Select Late/No-Show
Next, next to a pet's booking, you'll see a drop-down menu. Select "Late/No-Show" to mark the booking appropriately. -
Recording the Late/No-Show
Once you select "Late/No-Show," the system will automatically record it for you.
Step 2: Check a Pet's Record for Late and No-Shows

Search for a Pet
On the top of the page, you’ll find a search bar. Enter the pet's name to search for their profile. -
Go to the Pet's Profile
Once you find the pet in the search results, click on their name to go directly to their profile page. -
View Booking Metrics
On the pet's profile page, scroll down to the Booking Metrics section. Here, you’ll find the total count of late arrivals and no-shows for the pet. -
View Past Late/No-Show Dates
To see a detailed list of all past late and no-show dates, click the “View” button next to the late/no-show count. This will show you the history of those incidents.
By following these simple steps, you can efficiently track and view late and no-show records for pets.
