1. Setting Up Health Tracking

Vaccinations

By default, PawsAdmin tracks common vaccinations including rabies, DH2PP, bordetella, and advantage. Here's how to customize:

1. Go to Admin > Clients & Pet > Tracked Fields
2. Review default vaccinations:
   • Disable any that aren't relevant to your business
   • Keep essential ones active
3. To add additional vaccinations:
   • Scroll to the Custom Fields section
   • Select 'Vaccination' as the field type
   • Click 'Add' and name your new vaccination field

Allergies and Medications

These fields are enabled by default. To manage:

1. Go to Admin > Clients & Pet > Tracked Fields
2. Ensure 'Allergies' and 'Medications' fields are set to 'ON'

Additional Health Fields

Need to track more? Add custom health fields:

1. Go to Admin > Pet > Customize Pet Profile Fields
2. Scroll to Custom Fields
3. Select appropriate field type (e.g., text, date, checkbox)
4. Name your new health field and click 'Add'

• During booking: See a badge alert for expired vaccinations

1. Go to Marketing page
2. Enable 'Vaccination Expiry Reminders'
3. Set reminder timeframe (default is 2 weeks before expiration)
4. Pet owners receive email notifications to update vaccinations

Allergies and Medications Tracking

• Visible on each pet's profile
• Displayed on boarding run cards
  • To access: After checking in a pet on the check-in table, click on 'Run Cards' next to the pet's name
