Accessing a Pet's Profile
There are two main ways to reach a pet's profile page:

Quick Search Method
- Use the instant search bar at the top of any page
- Search by pet name, breed, client name, or phone number
- Click on the desired pet's name in the search results

From Calendar or Check-in Page
- Locate the pet's name (it will be highlighted)
- Click on the pet's name to go directly to their profile
Viewing Package Balance
- On the pet's profile, find the "Package Balance" section
- Click on the balance for a specific service (e.g., daycare, boarding)
- You'll see:
- All past visit history
- Package balance calculation based on days purchased and number of check-ins
Accessing Purchase History and Check-in History
- On the pet's profile, click the blue circle three dots menu
- Select "View payment history"
- Select "View check-in history"
Pro Tip: To view all past invoices for the client (including other pets), click the client name tab at the top of the pet's profile, then click the three dots menu and select "Purchase History"
Making Changes to Package Balance and Past Check-ins
If you need to adjust package balances or past check-ins:
- Following the blue circle three dot menu
- Or go to Admin > Management menu directly
- Make the necessary changes there
For Clients (Client Portal)
Empower your clients with self-service options through the client portal!
Viewing Package Balance
- Click "You" to go to the client profile page
- View package balance information
Accessing Purchase History
- Go to History > Purchases History
- Clients will see a list of past invoices
- They can view, print, and download receipts
Checking Visit History
- Go to History > Check-in History
- Clients can review their pet's past visits
Important Notes for Client Access
- Invite clients to claim their client portal for instant access to their data. (Link to tutorial)
- For self-sign-ups:
- Go to online booking > configurations.
- If auto-match is unchecked: Clients need to make their 1st appointment to be accepted and view linked customer data
- If auto-match is checked: Clients can instantly see past data if their account is found and linked through automated matching (based on email and phone number)
