Q1 2025 Feature Release Notes

1. Public API
We have introduced a Public API, allowing you to integrate your systems seamlessly with our platform. Access and manage core features programmatically for greater flexibility.
2. Recurring Billing
Easily set up and manage recurring billing to automate client payments, reducing manual work and improving cash flow.
3. Stripe Refunds from Browser
You can now process Stripe refunds directly from your browser, making it easier to handle customer returns and adjustments without leaving the platform.
4. Apply Coupons to Invoices
We added the ability to apply coupons directly to invoices, providing more flexibility in managing discounts and promotions.
5. Email Receipts for Charges on Existing Payment Methods
Option to automatically send email receipts when charging a stored payment method, enhancing customer communication and transparency.

- Automated Customer Reviews. Are you spending lots of time chasing after reviews? Automate it with PawsAdmin!
- Collect credit cards on file as part of the booking process to deter noshows, charge cancelation/late/noshow fees, and enable contact payments to offer convenience
- You can now invite your customers to claim their online portal profile
- You can now customize your group training class image at any time. Simply add your new image link, and it will show up on your admin/store group training and online booking pages!
- Late fee for boarding and daycare is in beta! Contact us if you'd like it enabled
- Unified store information update, including receipts, marketing, and online booking by default
- You can now reactivate training classes after archiving them
- All system sender messages now come from your confirmed email if you have set one up in Rover or Online Booking

What's New in Q2, 2021
- Grooming - Daily calendar now shows all grooming services in the default view, making it easier to export or search from all appointments.
- Payroll report - The invoice/payroll report now saves your select dates by default.
- Client communication - You can now email and/or text your clients directly from Today's dashboard with a personalized or the build-in templated message, "Your Pet is Ready for Pickup!"
- Invoice - Update a pet's size directly within the invoice view, making it easier to enforce accuracy for boarding and grooming services that are linked to pet sizes.
- Boarding - (Email support to turn this on!) If enabled, the boarding pets will stay in the check-in table past their stay end date, if the check-out button is not clicked. If you had forgotten to check out a pet or if they have extended their stay, do not worry! Clear the flag or change the boarding date directly from today's dashboard.
- Client communication - You can now update a client's communication preference and send individual appointment reminders directly from the daily calendar view, in addition to automated reminders.

What's New in Q1, 2021
- Daycare - You can now book multiple daycare days from the Quick Book Plus Sign located on top of any page.
- Grooming - Online booking for grooming now prompts the next available grooming appointment date for each grooming service. This is particularly helpful for busy grooming shops that may be fully booked for the next few weeks or even months. (Currently available in online booking, no password, widget view.)
- Swims and therapies - Online booking now prompts the next available appointment date in the online booking widget view. This is particularly helpful for businesses after Covid shutdowns, who may be fully booked for the next few weeks or even months. (Currently available in online booking, no password, widget view.)
- Weekly calendar navigation- From now you can navigate to any week in the weekly calendar appointment view, making it easier to understand your availability and bookings at a glance.
- Boarding - You can now extend a pet's boarding stay in today's dashboard, following the "Change my stay" link.
- Boarding- You can now quickly add clients and pets without having to leave the boarding map booking view.
New Payment Partnership with Clover terminal:
(Contact us to enable) We have launched a new partnership with CardConnect. Through our integration, PawsAdmin offers a sleek integrated in-store payment experience with the state-of-the-art Clover terminal, amongst many other terminals, as well as the integrated online payment experience. Inquire about rates and how you can further streamline your operation in PawsAdmin to offer your customers a delightful experience, save on payments and improve your productivity.

What's new in 2020
- Loyalty program - In marketing, you can now enable your client loyalty program and set conversion between client spending and loyalty points.
- Payment - Added Stripe reconciliation page.
- Retail - You can now use our bulk update feature to manage your retail inventory.
- Client and pet profile - You can now turn default fields off in customer and pet profile, tracking only the necessary vaccinations, amongst other fields.
- Retail - Receipts now show retail item name details.
- Report - In admin, you can now find a new inventory stock report.
- Online booking - The passed pets are hidden from the pets view in online booking, so one cannot make a reservation for a passed pet by mistake.
Stripe terminal support
We're now offering an in-store Stripe terminal integration, enabling a fully integrated and streamlined payment experience from online to offline to further simplify your store operations
