You can now update a client’s portal email and phone number directly from the Edit Customer page, making it easier to manage client accounts without requiring them to create a new profile.
Step 1: Open the Edit Customer Page
Search for the client using the top search bar.
Click on their name to open the Edit Customer page.
Step 2: Update the Email
Locate the Email and Phone field.
Enter the new email address or/and phone number for the client’s portal account.
Click Save to apply the change.
Notes
This feature works only if the client already has a portal account.
Updating the email ensures the client can continue accessing their existing portal without creating a new profile.
