You can set up PawsAdmin to notify you by email whenever a new client creates a profile in your client portal—even if they don’t make a reservation right away.
Step 1: Enable Email Notifications for New Bookings
Go to the Online Booking page.
At the top, check the box Email Administrator on every new online booking request.
Click Update Sender Email.
Step 2: Enable Auto-Match Clients
Scroll down and click on the Online Booking Configuration tab.
Scroll to the bottom and make sure the box Enable Auto-Match Clients is checked.
Click Update Configuration.
That’s It! 🎉
Once these settings are updated, you’ll start receiving email notifications whenever a new client signs up for your client portal—whether or not they make a reservation.
