You can check the invitation box at the bottom of the edit/add profile page to invite your customers anytime.
By following the secure link, your customers can effortlessly claim their online portal profile. They will no longer have to go through the regular sign-up process .
Here is how it works
1. Add a new client. At the bottom of the page, check the 'Invite customer to claim their client portal profile' checkbox. (Or click on 'Edit client' on the client profile page, which will take you to same edit page).
2. It then sends an automated message to the email on file. Your customer can follow the secure link in the email to claim their profile in 1 step.
3. that's it! You are done!
If you'd like to resend the invitation email to an existing customer, you can go to the customer profile. Click on the three dots(more actions) button, and click 'Edit Customer'.
Check the 'Invite customer to claim their client portal profile' checkbox, and click on update.
