How to Ban a Customer from Booking Online
1. Instantly search for the customer on top of any page. Click on the customer name to go to their profile page.
2. Click on the Three Dogs beside the customer name, and click on "Edit Online Booking Profile Match".
3. Click the "Ban Customer from Online Booking" button.
4. The button will change to "Unban Customer," indicating that the customer is now banned.
What Happens When a Customer is Banned?
When a customer is banned:
- They can still log in to their account.
- When they try to access the booking page, they will see the following message:
"Sorry, you are currently unable to book appointments. Please contact the store for more information." - They will not be able to proceed with making an online booking.
Unbanning a Customer
If you decide to remove the ban:
- Go to the banned customer's profile page.
- Click on the Three Dogs beside the customer name, and click on "Edit Online Booking Profile Match"
- Click the "Unban Customer from Online Booking" button.
- The button will change back to "Ban Customer," indicating that the customer is no longer banned.
Best Practices for Using the Banning Feature
- Use the banning feature sparingly and as a last resort.
- Before banning a customer, consider reaching out to them to discuss any issues.

Important Notes
