When a customer signs up for the online booking widget or portal in PawsAdmin, their online account is linked to their account in your store. This linkage is automatically added based on their email, phone number, last name, and pet name. If you need to unlink or change this linkage, follow these steps:
1. Search for the Customer:
- Use the search bar at the top of any page to find the customer.
- Click on the customer to go to their profile.
2. Edit Linked Pet Profile:
- On the customer's profile page, click on the three dots (menu icon) and select Edit Online Booking Profile Match.
3. Update Link:
- To remove the linkage, click Remove Match.
- To link to a different profile, search for an online customer registration and link it to the profile.
