Invoices: Digging Up the Details
1. View Past Invoices/Payments by Pet or Customer
For a Specific Pet:
a. Navigate to the pet's profile through instant search on top of any page
b. Go to the Future Bookings/Past Visits section
c. Click on the circle button and "View payments history"
For a Customer:
a. Navigate to the customer's profile through instant search on top of any page
b. Click on "View Payment History"
Pro Tip: Encourage clients to use the Client Portal for self-service access to their invoice history!
2. View Past Invoices by Date
Method 1:
a. Go to the left side menu > "Invoices" page
b. By default, you'll see today's open and closed invoices
c. Click on the date to change the date range
Method 2:
a. Navigate to Admin > Admin (new) > Past Payments
b. Input the desired date range
3. View All Open (Unpaid) Invoices to Date
a. Go to the left side menu > "Invoices" page
b. By default, you'll see today's open and closed invoices
c. Click on the date drop down, then "or view all open(unpaid) invoices"
d. On this page this, for multiple open invoices for the same customer, you can click "Combine"
e. Use the search function to find a specific customer

Reports: Sniffing Out the Big Picture
Income Reports
1. Today's Summary
- Go to Admin > Today to view a summary of today's transactions
- Go to left side menu > today > Daily Income and today > Cashsheet

2. Bookkeeping Reports (Monthly or Custom Date Range)
a. Navigate to Admin > Reports > Bookkeep reports and select your desired date range
b. In the reports, click on a specific service type to find detailed invoice information
