Need to update an employee’s name in the schedule view? Here’s a quick step-by-step guide to help you make that change easily in your admin dashboard.
✅ Steps to Update the Employee Name:

Log into your PawsAdmin account

From the left-hand menu, go to:
Admin > Admin (New) > Calendar & Capacity > Service Provider Schedule -
Find the employee whose name you want to update and click the "Manage Schedule" button next to their name

In the schedule pop-up, click on "Who & What" to expand the details

Update the employee name in the field provided

Click "Update" to save your changes
That’s it! Your schedule will now reflect the updated name.
