This guide will help you (and your clients) make sure emails sent through PawsAdmin arrive in the inbox instead of the Spam folder.
Step 1: Check the Spam Folder
In Gmail, click More → Spam in the sidebar.
Look for the email you were expecting.
Step 2: Mark the Email as “Not Spam”
Select the email.
Click Report not spam at the top.
Future emails from this sender should now go directly to the inbox.
How to Keep Your Emails Out of Spam
To make sure emails are consistently delivered to your clients’ inboxes (and not marked as spam), we recommend:
✅ Use a domain-based email address as your sender email (e.g., booking@yourbusiness.com) instead of a Gmail or Yahoo address.
✅ Email support@pawsadmin.com to add your domain to our verified email list, which helps improve inbox placement.
⚠️ Free email addresses (like Gmail) cannot be added to the verified list, so using a domain email is the best way to prevent emails from going to Spam.
