This tutorial will guide you through the process of reordering your boarding add-ons so they appear in your desired sequence for your customers in online booking / client portal.
Step 1: Access the Boarding Prices Section (link)
- Log in to your PawsAdmin account.
- Navigate to the "Admin" section. This is typically found in the main menu or sidebar.
- Click on "Prices."
- Select "Boarding." This will take you to the page where your boarding-related pricing and add-ons are managed.
Step 2: View the Current Add-On List
- You will now see a list of your existing boarding add-ons. Take a moment to review the current order. If they have been set to a custom order, the fields will be empty.
Step 3: Filter for Add-Ons (Optional, but Recommended)
- To quickly isolate your add-ons, use the search bar.
- Type "add on" into the search bar. This will filter the list, displaying only your boarding add-ons. This step is useful if you have a large number of items listed in the boarding section.
Step 4: Assign Display Order Numbers
- You will see a column labeled "Display Order."

Enter the desired display order using numbers (1, 2, 3, etc.) in the "Display Order" field next to each add-on.
- For example, if you want "Extra Playtime" to appear first, enter "1" in its Display Order field.
- If you want "Gourmet Meal" to appear second, enter "2" in its Display Order field, and so on.
- Plan your order before you start entering numbers. This will help you avoid confusion and ensure you get the desired arrangement.
Step 5: Save Your Changes
- Click the "Edit" button (or a similar "Save" button) associated with each individual add on you have changed, or a general save button for the page. This will save the new display order you have assigned.
- Verify the changes. Refresh the page or navigate to the customer-facing booking section to ensure the add-ons are now displayed in the correct order.
