Offering add-ons is a great way to grow your daycare business and attract more customers to your program. Here are the steps to set it up:
1. Set Up Daycare Add-on Prices
Path: Admin > Settings > Products & Services > Prices
- Click Daycare
2. Use the Default Add-on Template Price
3. Or, Add Your Own Add-on Price
- Select Daycare from the drop-down menu.
- Set Credit to 1.
- Set the Check Out Name for your add-on.
- Check Set Price if it's a fixed price; otherwise, it can be set at check out.
- Check Add-on.
- Click + Add Price.
4. Select Add-ons During Booking
- Click on the + Sign at the top of any page to add an appointment.
- Select add-ons during the booking process.
5. Online Booking
- Navigate to Online Booking > How to Book from Your Website > Preview.
- Sign up or log in.
- Select add-ons in daycare booking.
- Accept or decline the booking request.
6. Check-in Pet and Close Invoice
- After checking in a pet, you will find the automatically generated invoice.
