Goal: Learn common retail workflows and become comfortable with the system.
Tip: Follow the steps sequentially to understand the workflow. Jot down questions for later or contact support.
1. Adding Products to an Invoice (2 min)
If a customer is purchasing retail items alongside other services, you can add products to an existing invoice.
For Walk-In Customers:
a. Navigate to "Add an Invoice." (link)
b. Search for "Walk-in" customer. If a walk-in profile doesn't exist, create one in "Add Customer."
c. Set "Retail" as the service type and click "+ Add one or more services."
d. Add retail items to the invoice:
- Option 1: Use a USB scanner to quickly add products by scanning their barcodes.
- Option 2: Use the instant search feature to manually find and add products.
e. Adjust quantities as needed.
- To remove an item, click "Remove" next to it.
f. Select the payment type (e.g., cash, credit card).
g. Process the payment and close the invoice as usual.
2. Online sales (5 min)
For Customers (Pet Parents):

Accessing the Shop:
- Customers log into the client portal to access the online store. (how to book > portal preview link)
- A "SHOP" button will appear in their portal.

Browsing and Shopping:
- Customers can view your retail products, filter by category, and add items to their cart.

Placing Orders:
- Customers review their cart, place an order, and receive an order confirmation.

Tracking Orders:
- Go to left side menu Order status is available under the "Shopping Status" section.
- Receipts can be downloaded from "History" > "Invoices."
For Business Owners (Managing Orders):

- You’ll receive an email notification for each new order.

Customer Communication:
- Customers receive automatic email notifications when their order status is updated.
3. Reporting & Management (5 min)

Manage Daily Cash (1 minute):
- Navigate: Left Menu > Today > Cashsheet.(link)
- Enter opening and closing cash counts.
- Verify balance reconciliation.

Financial Report (2 minutes):
- Navigate: Left Menu > Today > Today's Total.
- View by payment type.
- Or navigate: Admin > Settings > Reports > Your Daily Report.

Business Trends & Bookkeeping (2 minutes):
- Navigate: Admin > Settings > Reports > Analytics & Reports. (link)
- Analyze trends, occupancy, utilization.
- Navigate: Admin > Settings > Reports > Booking & Analytics.(link)
- View Business analytics, and Bookkeeping data.
- Review the Retail Stock Report for an overview of your current inventory levels.(link)

- Click the "+" (Add) button > Clock-In/Out.
- Enter username and password.
