Setting Up Memberships
- Navigate to Admin > Services > Dog Park / Dog Cafe
- Under Price Modal, select Unlimited Package/Membership
- Set the membership duration in days
- (Optional) Create additional package options if desired
- Once configured, clients can purchase memberships
- (Optional) If you have integrated online payments, clients can buy memberships independently
Managing Check-Ins
For Booked or Walk-In Customers:
- On the check-in page, locate the Dog Cafe tab
- For booked customers: Click "check-in" next to their name
- For walk-ins: Use the "check in as walk-in" option
- If a customer's package has expired or has a negative balance, an invoice will be automatically generated
- Close the invoice, and the new membership will appear
Validating Existing Memberships (Without Check-In):
- Direct customers to log into the client portal and access the "You" page
- (Optional) Recommend saving the page as an app icon for quick access
- Staff can verify membership expiration dates in the Balance section
- For expired memberships, process as a walk-in and close the automated invoice
