Estimated Time: ~20 minutes
Goal: Complete setup, walk through the basic workflow, and get your dog park up and running.
Tip: To stay within the time limit, avoid getting stuck on a specific task. Fill in what you can, and if you have questions, write them down to review later or contact support.
1. Business Profile: Your Brand (2 Minutes)
- Why: This info appears on invoices and communications.

Action:
- Go to: Admin > Admin(new) Settings > Your Business.
- Company Info: Click "Edit." Update your business details and "Save." (link)
- Logo: Click "Edit." Upload your logo (PNG, JPG, etc.). "Update Logo" (skip if needed). (link)
- Waiver: Click "Edit." Use our template ("Copy") or paste yours. "Save Waiver." (link)
2. Add Your Dog Park Services (5 Minutes)
- Why? This tells PawsAdmin what you offer and how much you charge.

Navigate: Admin > Settings > Products & Services > Prices and Services (link)

Rename Services:
- Click "Edit names" beside "Your active services" and rename "Daycare" to "Dog Park".
- Important: If you run both Daycare and Dog Park separately, contact support to activate the specialized module.

Set Your Prices:
- Click "Edit" next to "Dog Park."
- Click "+Add Price" and select "Dog Park."
- Enter a "Checkout Name" (what customers see).
- Choose your "Package Type":
- Single Usage (one visit)
- Multiple Usage (package)
- Unlimited (membership, optional recurring billing)
- Set your price.
- Set "1st/2nd dog price" for multi-dog discounts.

Rename Services:
3. Customize Pet & Client Profiles (5 Minutes)
- Why: Track essential information.
- Action:
4. Configure Online Booking & Payments (5 Minutes)
- Why? Make it easy for clients to book and pay.

Online Booking (Optional):
- Navigate: Left Menu > Communications > Online Booking > Configuration (link)
- Customize colors, brand message, and cancellation window.
- Click "Update Configuration."

5. Set Up Team Accounts (5 Minutes)
- Navigate: Left Menu > Admin > Settings > Team (link)

Add Accounts:
- Click "Add Account" under the appropriate section:
- Admin: Full system access.
- Store: Access to all except Admin menu.
- Clock-In/Out: Employee time tracking.
- Enter username, email, and password.
- Check "Send welcome email."
- Click "Go."
- Security Tip: Store accounts can have restricted login IP addresses.

Additional Setup Options:

Automated Marketing: Communications > Marketing to enable automated birthday wishes, welcome new customers, vaccination reminders, report cards, loyalty program, newsletter, review collection, and more. (link) (optional)
