Goal: Complete setup, walk through common workflows, and get your boarding up and running.
Tip: To stay within the time limit, avoid getting stuck on a specific task. Fill in what you can, and if you have questions, write them down to review later or contact support.
1. Business Profile: Your Brand (2 Minutes)
- Why: This info appears on invoices and communications.

Action:
- Go to: Admin > Admin(new) Settings > Your Business.
- Company Info: Click "Edit." Update your business details and "Save." (link)
- Logo: Click "Edit." Upload your logo (PNG, JPG, etc.). "Update Logo" (skip if needed). (link)
- Waiver: Click "Edit." Use our template ("Copy") or paste yours. "Save Waiver." (link)
2. Boarding Services: Pricing & Spaces (5 Minutes)

Pricing (Required):
- Go to: Admin > Admin (New) > Settings > Products & Services
- Click "Edit" next to "Boarding." (link)
- Click "+Add Price" to add your overnight rates (e.g., "Standard Suite," "Luxury Suite").
- Add optional "Feeding" and "Add-on" services as needed.
- "Add" to save each price.
- Need help? Email your price list to support for import.

Spaces (Required):
- Go to: Admin > Admin (New) > Settings > Calendar & Capacity > Space (link)
- +Step 1: Add Kennel Group: Select your overnight price from the "Associated Invoice Item" dropdown. Name the kennel group (e.g., "Suites"). "Add Kennel Group."
- +Step 2: Add Kennel/Space - Multiple: Set the kennel name (e.g., "Suite"). Enter the number to create. Set the starting number. Select the kennel group. "Add Kennels."
- Repeat for all boarding spaces.
3. Client & Pet Profiles: Tailor Your Data (2 Minutes)
- Why: Track essential information.

4. Online Booking & Payments: Streamline Your Process (5 Minutes)

Online Booking (Optional):
- Navigate: Left Menu > Communications > Online Booking > Configuration (link)
- Customize colors, brand message, and cancellation window.
- Click "Update Configuration."

5. Set Up Team Accounts (2 Minutes)
- Navigate: Left Menu > Admin > Settings > Team (link)

Add Accounts:
- Click "Add Account" under the appropriate section:
- Admin: Full system access.
- Store: Access to all except Admin menu.
- Clock-In/Out: Employee time tracking.
- Enter username, email, and password.
- Check "Send welcome email."
- Click "Go."
- Store accounts have the optional ability to restrict login IP addresses.

Additional Setup Options:

Automated Marketing: Communications > Marketing to enable automated birthday wishes, welcome new customers, vaccination reminders, report cards, loyalty program, newsletter, review collection, and more. (link) (optional)
