Recurring appointments can save you and your customers a lot of time. From setting time, day of the week, to preferred staff, PawsAdmin takes care of it for you within seconds. Here's how.
Step 1: Set up recurring appointments
In Booking Recurring Appointments, click on the Grooming tab.
Choose a start date and an optional end date. If you leave the end date blank, it will add recurring appointments for the next 12 months and continue to add more as time goes on.

Step 2: Find Recurring Schedule
You can find a pet's recurring grooming schedule in Booking Recurring Appointments and in their Profile Page under 'Future Appointments'.
Step 3: To reschedule or remove appointments
Once set, if there is a conflict with the current bookings, you will receive an alert in the notification bar at the top of the page.
- You can do nothing and keep the appointment.
- Or you may move it to a different date/time on the daily/weekly appointment page by clicking on the edit icon.
To remove recurring appointments:
- Click on 'Removal All' on the pet's profile page
- Remove the recurring rule to stop it from generating new appointments.
Note: We often see pets have grooming appointments scheduled every 4 -6 weeks. If they have a recurring schedule set for every 4 weeks (28 days), this sometimes lands 2 appointments in the same month, as some months have 5 weeks.
