Scheduling
Type 1: Default Setup
Schedule Example: You can set up long term schedule for each day of the week for each team member and tweak it in the daily booking view or team account view. To take days off, please go to Admin > Days Off.
Type 2: Simply book on the go
Schedule Example: You can open up a new spot at a time by clicking on the plus sign on top of any page, go to the daily calendar, or team account view.
Note: If you need end time enabled, please email support@pawsadmin.com
Type 3: Stacked Appointments
Schedule Example: Olivia has a spot open every 30 minutes from 8am-5pm Monday to Friday, and every 30 minutes from 9am-5pm on Saturday.
She sets the appointment duration and buffer time when she books an appointment, so overlapping vacant spots are removed.

If your schedule is different or a mix of the options above, contact us to enable different settings.
Additional Options
1. Set up add-on at booking
Action: Go to admin > price > add service and select add on the checkbox. Once added, you will find it during booking.
2. Color Code
Example: Olivia would like her appointments to show up as green, and Andy prefers red.
Action: Go to the daily calendar and scroll down to the bottom. Click on the default red dot beside a groomer's name in the booking list, and select a preferred color from the color palette. Once updated, you will see it reflected in weekly and daily calendars.
Grooming Price Setup
Option 1: Set at checkout
Example: Massage price depends on coat condition, service type, temperament, and it is set at check out.
Option 2: Pre-set prices
You can set up pre-set prices in admin > prices.
You can also set up packages, and we will track packages for you automatically. (Read more about how packages are tracked)
Note: An invoice is opened for you automatically at check-in in Today's dashboard to reduce your workload.
