If you’d like to include a PDF file with a pet’s upcoming swimming appointment (such as a waiver, medical note, or instructions), follow the steps below using the Scanned Files section on the pet profile.

âś… Step-by-Step Instructions

  1. Go to the Pet’s Profile Page

    • Use the search bar at the top of any page to find the pet.

    • Or, click the pet’s name from the booking/check-in page.

  2. Go to the Scanned Files Section

    • Scroll down to the Scanned Files area.

    • Click the plus (+) button, then select Upload scanned files.

  3. Upload the PDF File

    • Choose the PDF you’d like to upload.

    • Optionally, give the file a name for easy reference.

Optional:

  1. Copy the PDF Link

    • Once uploaded, click on the file to open it.

    • Copy the URL from the browser's address bar.

  2. Paste the Link into the Appointment Notes

    • Navigate to the pet’s upcoming appointment.

    • Paste the copied PDF link into the booking, check-in, or appointment notes section.

  3. Access the PDF Easily

    • When viewing the appointment, simply copy the link to open the PDF.

    • The file will also remain available in the pet’s profile under Scanned Files.
