If you’d like to include a PDF file with a pet’s upcoming swimming appointment (such as a waiver, medical note, or instructions), follow the steps below using the Scanned Files section on the pet profile.
✅ Step-by-Step Instructions

Go to the Pet’s Profile Page

Use the search bar at the top of any page to find the pet.

Or, click the pet’s name from the booking/check-in page.

Go to the Scanned Files Section

Scroll down to the Scanned Files area.

Click the plus (+) button, then select Upload scanned files.

Upload the PDF File

Choose the PDF you’d like to upload.

Optionally, give the file a name for easy reference.

Copy the PDF Link

Once uploaded, click on the file to open it.

Copy the URL from the browser's address bar.

Paste the Link into the Appointment Notes

Navigate to the pet’s upcoming appointment.

Paste the copied PDF link into the booking, check-in, or appointment notes section.

Access the PDF Easily

When viewing the appointment, simply copy the link to open the PDF.

The file will also remain available in the pet’s profile under Scanned Files.
