Boarding Booking and Check-in notes
To find past boarding booking details, there are a few ways.
- You can find past boarding check-ins and payments on a pet’s profile page, under “Account Balance and Check-in History”.
- To view additional (kennel sheet level) details, You can access the previous feeding notes from the past check-in page. You can search for any date that the pet was boarded.
(Admin > View/Change Past Transactions > View Check-in by date). (Note: We are looking at linking this directly to the pet profile page to make it more easily accessible!)
By default, when you book a returning pet, in the booking details screen, it automatically remembers and fills in the feeding and reminder/medication details, which is helpful.
